Tastes

Woodland nose. Sweet sweet earthy palate. The juniper and herbs start to rise, as does a faint gamey note. Slow fade back to the woods. Definitely not like licking a venison meatstick. Very well crafted whiskey!

Wow. Very nice. Aside from the peat, which is heavy and foggy, this is a great one to add water to. Lots of hidden dried plum and a little brine come out. This is a good example of a pour that unfurls. Let it sit. Come back. Add a few drops of water. This is a lovely whiskey
