A good nose with sweetness and a light nuttiness, hits the palate with a light sweetness and finishes with oakiness. Light and finishes quick.

Noses like a typical highland, pears and leather, some grassiness and hits the palate with some sweetness and a very light burn. Drinkable, smooth!

Noses with a musty corn note with vanilla, hits the palate and covers everything well, with a punch of sweetness and a balance of oak bitterness. Lasts a while. Really enjoyable!

Noses floral, light oak spice. Palate is light, sweet and has a background of sherry mixed in with spiciness, definitely love that it’s balanced out the sweet and bitter.

Noses with pears and spice, hits the palate with light sweetness, with an undertone of salt, brine, smokiness and umami later balanced by a slow sweet alcohol burn. There’s a lot of like!

Noses light floral and citrus, Hits the palate with some citrus jam and a hint of pepper, thin cream on the tongue followed by a slow alcohol burn and a balanced bitter-sweetness of that same orange peel.

Noses with caramel and sweetness, palate contrasts a mellow oak with sweet shortbread cookie, smooth and light, leaves a bitter oak aftertaste that I suppose happens with a young whiskey. Not bad, but it’s got a very simple profile.

Noses very subtle sweetness balanced with sweetened cherries and spice. Hits with a lot of baking spice, slight sweetness and heavy black pepper, finishes oaky, slight salt and bitterness. No alcohol burn! Just a spiciness that is multilayered. Very interesting whiskey.

Nutty, biscuity malt nose with butter, spice and sweet pears on the palate. It’s a typical Irish whiskey profile but definitely turns the sweetness way up compared to say, Jameson.

Seemingly a typical rye whiskey profile, baking spices and a juicy fruit gum aroma with a palate that reminds me of mint and hints of dill. Hits the palate sweet and hot, with oak, vanilla and a slow burn. It’s a good baseline for a rye, would definitely keep it around for cocktails and such.
