Definitely get a hint of peanut in this, otherwise very ordinary bourbon flavors but kind of weak. Pretty inoffensive tho

Definitely something reminiscent of a red wine on the nose. I don’t know enough about wine to narrow it down but definitely doesn’t remind me of a wine I would enjoy. I don’t think I really have the experience/vocabulary to describe peat flavors well but this is definitely different from some of the more gentle scotches I’ve had recently. Has a slightly fruity undertone to the smoke?

Vanilla, banana, barrel char. Not bad at all.

Chemical scent, but pleasant enough sweet, maple syrupy flavor

Nose: sweet vegetal notes—not just corn but something like beets? Vanilla. Peanuts? Palate: Peppery oak Finish: Legitimately peanut butter, plus a delightful peppery tingle.

Nose: Green apple, vague sweetness. As I sipped I started to pick up on a spice smell I can’t quite place. Palate: Green apple keeps going with a butterscotch coating. Little oak. Smooth, alcohol is almost unnoticeable. Finish: Butterscotch fades quickly and leaves a trail of oak behind it.
