Tastes

Cinnamon, oak, cherry, apricot and vanilla nose. Tastes of spicy red hots, dry wood, black pepper and vanilla.

Nose of cinnamon, salt air, oak, apricot, apple and mustiness. Vanilla, oak and mint taste.

Rye, wood, hay, and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Sweet vanilla taste with a little grain. Simple but easy drinking and enjoyable.

Nose of oak, vanilla, corn. Sweet taste of corn, oak and vanilla.

Nose of roasted corn, cinnamon, charred wood, brown sugar, leather, rye, grass, caramel, apple, vanilla and tobacco. On the palate barrel spice, cinnamon, caramel, rye, vanilla, brown sugar, pecan pie, dried peach, orange, cherry and oak. Rich, spicy and sweet, dessert-like, and pretty smooth for the proof. Finishes spicy and leathery. It took some time but this has really grown on me.
