Beautiful in my book. Smooth balanced smoke, loving the citrus brine notes. Vanilla fire finish in the mellowest of fires. Ron Swanson approved, no veggie pairings allowed ;)

Probably the most unique whisky I've ever tried. Raisin & fig really comes through with walnut hint. Smooth & mellow sweetness. Fruitcake-y musings - but good fruitcake ha! I really enjoy this one for something different
