Great gin, excellent history. This a a gin that was meant to drink on a ship at sea with men who had to ship next to each other months on end(without washing). It was to take away the salt taste in their mouth. It therefore is very strong and punchy flavours of coriander, mint and citrus

A classic and consistent staple for most bars to have this as their house gin. This is due to no one flavour standout it has an excellently balanced palate with hints of juniper, citrus and floral flavours such as lavender and rose petals.

Good strong juniper flavour to open it up then finished taste of citrus and juniper

Amazing citrus flavour, undercut and complemented by a floral and cucumber flavour. alway have to serve this with a Fever Tree Cucumber tonic

Lovely citrus flavour with a lavender floral finish. Can’t anything but this for the Aviation Cocktail

Strong Juniper taste, good in gin orientated cocktails
