Noses like a heaven hill product and reminiscent of the batched rittenhouse BIB with dusty corn and light rye vegetation. The pallate departs from the batched product significantly with dialed up baking spice and char. Overall its a signifcsnt improvement on an already solid batched product.

This is better than OWA. The ethanol burn is significantly lower than you’d think. It is fan fucking tastic. It’s buffalot trace wheated mashbill on display and it works so well.

Nose is really spiced caramel in a beautiful way. Big cinnamon cherry vanilla BT Mashbill #1 bomb but then moves into a more bitter/tannic oak that keeps it from being a 5/5 however its still in the upper tier of bourbon period. I think 15y3mo might be a little too long to have aged this and that if this was at 12y it’d be perfect. Does drink under its proof. Overall incredible
