Oaky vanilla cinnamon bomb that reade almost like a high-proof bourbon initially that then beautifully transitions into an islay mid pallate and finish. Absolutely delicious.

Instant peat, heat, anf minimal salt flowed by a lingering pineapple chocolate finish that goes for days. I love the proof and the flavor profile.

Like the 107 but the extra proof just makes it ever so slightly more bitter and imbalanced by the heat. This is still an incredible pour and one I would suggest to anyone, however I would suggest the antique 107 over this. This has also been my experience with full proof vs 107 and hasn’t changed.
