Fruit vanilla and oak on the nose. Fruit and oak in the swallow. Drops of water brings out vanilla creme and caramel. Let it sit a while and got peat notes?

Lightly peated as opposed to other Islays I've had. Honey vanilla and light peat in the nose. Light peat and nothing else. Drops of water - no change

Sugary amd slight oak aroma. Very light flavor of vanilla cherry spice. Drops of water washes everything out.

Smells like alcohol barrel and wet cardboard. HOT on the tongue with cherry. Drops of water tame the hot but kill pretty much all the flavor.

Brown sugar oak and alcohol in the aroma. Brown sugar and spice in the sip. Spicy on the finish. drops of water smooth the aroma amd bring some vanilla. Enhances spiciness in the sip and finish.
