Light legs in the glass and on the thinner side on the tongue. The flavor is sweet with cinnamon—I think it a bold rye with a very unique flavor.

Banana nose. Light legs. Thinly coats the mouth. Most of the flavor is in middle and back of the tongue.

Floral-peach nose with a touch of ethanol on the nose. Mild legs in the glass. Delightfully coats the mouth with a fairly complex reveal of the rye flavors, albeit a subtle rye nonetheless. Not too punchy at 45%. Highly recommended.

Vanilla on the nose. Lemon zest on the tip of the tongue. Brown sugar finish with the heat that lets you know this ain’t 80 proof, but is smoother than 116.
