Oak forward with great earthy flavours. An ice cube will aid in bringing the caramel and vanilla out to the open. Ends perfectly with a toffee note. A good scotch drinkers bourbon. Flavour forward. This is what whiskey stands for!!!

Tasting notes I have read speak to blueberry compote. Almond honey. My family tastes pralines and Christmas cake. This is an over priced dessert in a jar. Never wish disparage art just suggesting the price point is off a tad. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Maybe beginners who never met a great bourbon might start here.

A favourite on my rail for a taste that rings of maple syrup with a spice (nutmeg) Taste goes up my nose. Preferred without ice so as to not dilute the brown sugar/maple sugar textures. So f’img good!!

Sweetness jumps out of the glass on the palate. Strong thick butterscotch flavours overrode the sweet corn and and caramel. On different sips honey is expressed, or nuts. Enjoyed this with an ice cube as flavours popped during the glass. Wonderful liquid for the price.

This spirit needs an ice cube to smooth out the 107 proof. Once it sits for 5 minutes challenging the cube this beautiful liquid provides citrus forward apple cinnamon flavour. Very bold, dried dark fruits with great spice that makes you want another.

Sweet with vanilla, taste caramel. Slight oaky finish. Nothing to write home about. A beginners bourbon.

A beautiful creamy sweetness to the start. Toffee and dried fruit tones as it swirls. Being on ice just makes this liquid dance. Certainly a beginners bourbon.

Such a delight to the nose. A caramel Worther’s candy beginning leaving one with a bold & spicy finish.
