Low burn, not too sweet. Expensive at $15 a pour

Rich authentic maple syrup cut with a very subtle burn, very sweet on the finish.

Low heat and very smooth for 130 proof. Sugar and spice on the nose. Slightly oily, very thick feel, proof heat is cut with sweet brown sugar dried dark fruits and caramel. Sure thing @under $100

Subdued flavors, caramel and vanilla nose- light caramel and spice taste. Very little heat on finish. Great bottle @30-35

Caramel maple, brown sugar, leather (Wilson a2000) and oak. Long finish of layered spices. Not worth the markup to $100

Soft nose, not much burn, not much sweet. Low burn, subtle spice, subtle vanilla and caramel very slightly floral. Have to take your time drinking to allows flavors to develop on the palate.

Vanilla up front hot tamales at the end - good bottle @50-60
