The most evolution in a bottle. The palate changes so much it’s a mystery every sip. Beginners should avoid this one, but experienced should give it a try. I will replace the bottle eventually, but it’s definitely not for everyone. This is something special. Meaty and smoky. Cooking bacon in a cast iron over a campfire. The nose is addictive. Extremely rich and lingering palate. A must have bottle. The value is definitely there at the price.

A true delight of a sip. Fruity overtones give way to butterscotch into an oaky finish. Easy on the palate and not a lot of bite. Nose is just as sweet as the taste. An easy recommendation even at a higher price point. A perfect gift.

A true “gateway” scotch! It’s liquid sticky toffee pudding. Very rich, very little bite. Easy sipper. Highly recommended for everyone. Rich dark fruit with a dark caramel. A small amount of smoke can sometimes be found on the finish.
