    On the nose: caramel, candy, a hint of barrel char. The palate is spicy and rich with vanilla and a sweetness reminiscent of bourbon. The finish is clean with a bit of spice

    Nose immediately filled with yuzu. Palate is rich with citrus and fruit, with coriander carrying through the finish. Works beautifully with other complex herbal-forward flavors in cocktails. I would imagine that it would pair well with lime.

    Nose: Very woody, with some caramelly demerara underneath. Palate: Dry, crisp, and nicely rounded. Oak, barrel char, vanilla. Almost tastes like american whisky, but has clear fruity undertones of rum. Finish: Vanilla and oak. Medium length. A very nice rum.

    Nose: Molasses. Some oak. Palate: Lime, ripe fruits strong in the front. Clove, ginger, almond follow. Lots of molasses. Finish: Rich molasses, but not cloying.

    Nose: Very mild, with some ripe fruit. Palate: A wonderful balance of fruit, sweetness, and funk, not the familiar hogo but almost overripe fruit. Sugarcane. Refreshing. Finish: Gentle and coating with sugarcane. For the perfect daiquiri.

    Nose: Immediate syrupy demerara, caramel, almost maple syrup. Palate: Caramel, fruit, some ethanol. Warm with a velvety mouthfeel. Finish: Quick with ethanol lingering. A rich and versatile base for cocktails.
