Tastes

Strong nose with oak, corn, toffee, cinnamon, and a hint of leather. Sweet and spicy at first, with vanilla, cherry, and a hint of orange. Opens up to caramel, candied apples, almond, and warm oak. A lingering finish with oak, vanilla, and a touch of spice. Spicy and full bodied.

Oak on the nose. Strong spice on the palette, black pepper, cinnamon, rye. Finish is quick and strong with oak, pepper, anise.

A fairly gentle nose, with some must and an almost wet oak. Not aggressive on the palette, with honey, nutmeg, rye spice. Mellow oak and rye on the finish.

On the nose: caramel, roasted apples, oak, a hint of leather, cherry. Vanilla, spice, clove. Sweet caramel on the finish, with a warm burn. Full bodied and rich, with a hot but cozy mouthfeel.
