Casa Mariol Vermut Negro Vermouth
Vermouth — Barcelona, Spain
Reviewed June 30, 2021 (edited November 28, 2022)Herbal and bright but still smooth enough. Excellent with orange. -
The description's tasting notes are bang on. Maple syrup, oak, and caramelly-vanilla-orange followed by nutty flavours followed by heat, with 'sugar and spice' on a long lingering finish. Bourbons don't always catch my fancy and I don't like too much sweetness, but will be coming back to this. Great shit at a helluva proof.

Del Professore Vermouth di Torino Classico
Vermouth — Italy
Reviewed December 23, 2020 (edited July 16, 2021)Quite sweet; have taken to mixing with sharp gin, or drinking straight over ice, sometimes with some bitters to bring out the aromatics. Smooth as silk.
