Peaty in both smell and taste; as I delve more into the peaty stuff this is a great intro. Hella ginger spice in the burn. I don't get much smoke but a drop of water and the fruit really punches through.

Fine enough for a random weeknight or in the right mixed drink, but quite perfect for Irish coffee; the vanilla and orange punch through perfectly without other notes / astringency overpowering the coffee or cream too much.

My absolute go-to; has a personality but also versatile. Works great with soda / cucumber / pepper, also goes with tonic / citrus, and notes not too overwhelming to make a mean negroni.
