Tasting Notes
"Of the "colored" pure malt series, this feels heavier/maltier and the peat smoke is light to moderate which adds some character. It also is a bit more spicy than the other two and shows more barrel wood influence. The finish is a little bitter. The serving recommendation from us is to pour it in an ice-filled highball glass and top it off with some (good) ginger beer."
