The nose is crisp, delicate sweetness and citrus, even a little aloe or maybe fresh prickly pear cactus. The palate is a little richer and more complex, with layers of citrus, stone fruit, and the sweetness continues. With my first sip the finish was very short and crisp, but on the second and subsequent tastes it became longer and more interesting. The prickly pear is there as is the sweetness, but also some mesquite smoke, chocolate, cinnamon and a little mint at the end. This is a lovely mezcal with subtle tones of earth and vegetation from nose to finish.89.0 USD per BottleIncline Village

Reviewed January 10, 2020 (edited January 13, 2021)Possibly the best young single malt on the market! I expect great things from this distillery as their products get more time in oak
