Crown Royal Salted Caramel
Flavored Whiskey — Canada
Reviewed October 11, 2018 (edited October 25, 2020)strong caramel (almost like a schnapps) with a little whiskey on the nose. the same is true for the taste; smooth, sugary (not as strong as schnapps) with a subtle whiskey finish. CR really does make some of the best flavored whiskeys on the market. would definitely rate lower if comparing to a something non-flavored, but for flavored not too bad25.0 USD per Bottle -
Bulleit Rye
Rye — Indiana (bottled in Kentucky), USA
Reviewed June 13, 2018 (edited November 9, 2018)Not bad, not very complex which makes it good for an everyday sipper. I can't find anything offensive about it, but can not find anything I especially like. this is about as average as you can get, which isn't a bad thing. . . almost a good thing -
I'm a whiskey and I wanted to see if I could get into tequila so I searched for a good quality dram. can't say I'm impressed but I just don't think tequila is my thing. although I will say it is smooth, very smooth. I have to rate it 2.5 stars based on personal preference, nothing wrong with it, just not a fan of tequila.

Paul Masson VS Grande Amber Brandy
American Brandy — USA
Reviewed April 14, 2018 (edited June 20, 2018)subtlety sweet and spicy. not too complicated, but enjoyable. I would rate it at 3.5 for taste alone but will give it a 4 because of the price, $12 for a 750 or $22 for a 1.75. this is a seriously underrated whiskey -
2.5 stars. not good, but not bad either. this is a very bland whiskey. it starts if smooth, then that cheap whiskey flavor hits you very quick, and as quickly as that flavor hits it is gone and the Windsor finishes with a very mellow spice. I'm actually very surprised Windsor tastes as good as it does given how cheap it is.
