Beautiful scotch. No time for detailed notes but brilliant for under $100.

Wasnt doing a proper tasting but need to write something down. Very Speyside, but a bit bolder flavours than my glenlivet founders and Distillers reserve. Goes punch for punch with them but something popped out a little more. Very tasty and more so than the past I’m getting to develop a taste for scotch to a different level.

Don’t remember any notes but I really liked it, very interesting and complex for a young whiskey.

Very tasty. Complex, classic speyside flavours, a slight hint of must, honey, sherry, sweet, white wine. Love it. $35 1L Bottle.

Complex, nutty, classic bourbon flavors, but deeper. Writing from memory over a year ago but this was in my favourite bourbon at the time.

Spicy, complex, very hot at barrel strength. No accurate tasting notes from memory. I found by the end of the bottle it chilled out or I got used to it and it was one of my top 10 whiskeys for sure.

9 year was super good, I don’t remember exact notes but I loved it. I’ll be waiting for the age statements to come back.

(9 year) Deep complex, nutty/peanut butter, spicy, + classic bourbon. NAS version definitely not as good but a little better than Old Grand Dad BIB

Honey, spice, super faint nutty, sharp flavour but quite smooth for barrel proof (but still packs a punch). Notes from memory a couple months ago. Pairs really well with snack foods like cured meats, chocolate, chocolate ice cream.

Solid Rye but nothing stood out to me. Might not have had the best tasting environment though.
