Cinnamon, maple and a hint of bacon on the nose; chloraseptic sting up front and long, steady burn with a hint of burned caramel on the back end -- great if you like high heat. Double-oaked is significantly more interesting for not much of a premium. This is my mixing bourbon for when a drink needs the heat component.
