Tastes

Quite hot on the back of the throat. Big floral and some vanilla notes.

Airplane booze. A bit harsh, big oaky flavors and a bit smokey.

Lots of vanilla and caramel notes. Very smooth with a nice oaky finish.

Big vanilla nose compared to the "regular" last bottle. Also much darker in color. This is a neck pour from a new bottle. The flavors are more smokey, less caramel than the last pour. This also finished hotter than the last. Gave it two drops of water. (Only intended for one... oops) I like it less with the water drops. It brings out the smokiness.

Big smokey floral nose. Almost like a big whiff of pollen. Delicate on the tounge, but huge caramel notes come through for me. Definitely coats the tounge. It's delicious. Got a short pour, so the end of one bottle, they are bringing a new pour from the next bottle! Will be interesting to compare.

A little peaty and fruity on the nose. Burns my eyes when I bring the glass up and finishes hot. Very oaky. Added one drop of water. Opens up nicely. Still finishes hot, but you get some of the stone fruity flavors.
