Aroma: i found this to be semi-sweet and rich with a hint of vanilla, honey, oak and a touch of cinnamon. It was actually quite pleasant on the nostrils. Palate: Simple palate that really hits your taste. Mild vanilla/honey mix at the start, followed by complimentary oak. What really surprised me was the burn it had for an 80 proof bourbon. The burn was good! Haha Finish: The finish is long and good for the proof. The sweetness, honey and oak continue and pick up a bit of black pepper. Relatively mild burn. Brothers Bond not the greatest but definitely did not let me down.45.99 USD per BottleSafeway

Aroma: its a sweet blend of soft maple, faint sweet corn, oak and earthy notes linger in it’s depths. Taste: semi sweet with light maple tastes. Delicate corn, earthy and oak flavors with hints of tobacco. Honestly I felt it tasted more like turpentine. Harsh burning in the throat. Hard to swallow. Finish: long lingering, with overtones of maple. 72 Mile bourbon is definitely one I do NOT recommend. I would not give this to my worst enemy. Will never try again.45.0 USD per BottleRaley's

Aroma: Definitely could smell citrus, vanilla, little bit of rye notes coming from the back. Oak notes start to dominate. With a touch of sweet corn. Palete: Has a good taste with vanilla, spices and oak. Rye notes start to rise. It is surprisingly smooth for a rye whiskey, and I love mine on ice which makes it even more smooth. As the ice melts it brings out the oils and makes it like dark velvet made out of toffee. Finish: Long lingering, with overtones of citrus and oak. This one is definitely a go to, and probably one of my favorites for now .69.99 USD per BottleNugget Markets
