The gin very well rounded. the American Oak gives a nice depth and spiciness to the gin. Hints of Vanilla and Pepper

Made using their Orchid gin (which includes Orchid, Indian unripened Mango powder), to which chilli & ginger is added. This adds a very subtle heat to the gin that can be enjoyed just over ice or a bit of tonic (indian or old world tonic)

Very nice Old Tom gin that visually looks cask aged, but isn't. The color is imparted by the Okinawan "black sugar" that is added post distillation. Nice notes of Yuzu, Ginger and Sansho pepper

Citrusy with hint of guava. best with Indian tonic
