Very smooth, the taste of agave here is fresh and soft. Definitely with fruity notes of fresh fruit

Aggressive and smoky. Very sweet on Vanilla and Caramel notes, I just can’t taste the actual Agave here

This is a beautiful Sotol! Definitely on the top list for the category, the minerals that come through this smooth spirit make it very unique. I love Flor del desierto, is good quality and not overpriced

Perfect Sotol for who is new to the spirit. I personally use this to make cocktails, it gives a much smoother taste than tequila, and it doesn’t had that smokiness after taste that Mezcal does (at least a mezcal you would use in a drink). It has ripe fruite and earthy notes, long sweet on palate rich on minerals

This is definitely one of my favourites. Made using one Agave (karwinskii) this Mezcal takes you at every sips through a journey of flavours. Is just a full body mezcal that is always enjoyable to drink

Bit of a punch at first, this os a powerful liquid, sweet aftertaste. 50.3% ABV will kick strain in. This is an amazing Mezcal, and those bottles aren’t easy to get.

Way too sweet for a tequila, this tequila is worth so much but the liquid is pure caramel syrup, I think it was aged too much in the wrong barrels, all the vanilla and caramel notes are covering the flavour of the agave. In my opinion a bit over priced
