Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye
Canadian — Alberta, Canada
Reviewed February 28, 2021 (edited November 17, 2021)I have the 66% ABV one.. I wasnt a huge rye enthusiast, until I tried this. Drinks below proof but has a never ending great finish, lots of sweet fruit up front. Add a few drops of water to bring out more fruit flavor. Amazing whiskey!70.0 USD per Bottle -
Smoke Wagon Small Batch Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Indiana (bottled in Nevada), USA
Reviewed February 28, 2021 (edited April 8, 2021)Easy sipper at 100 proof. Sweeter than UCUF, with less of the rye spice present. I like it, it is pretty good, but Id rather spend up for the SW UCUF every time45.0 USD per Bottle -
Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon
Bourbon — Indiana (bottled in Nevada), USA
Reviewed February 28, 2021 (edited April 1, 2021)On my 3rd different batch and although all are just a tad different, each has been fantastic. All have great long warm rye finishes, all have great vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, oakey flavors on front palate. Some have more spice than others and some are bit sweeter. But again, haven't been disappointed yet. Fantastic bourbon -

Boone County 7 Year Single Barrel Wheated Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 9, 2020 (edited August 16, 2020)This is an excellent pour. I have Ohio barrel pick BWC025. Im not rating it higher than 4 bc of the price. At $94 its not a great value. It would be more accurately priced in the $60 range, but if you want a great tasting wheated bourbon, this is a great choice94.0 USD per Bottle -
Its overall a very enjoyable drinker. Baking spices, carmel, vanilla, peanut, oak. The finish is long but not as intense as i would expect from a 125+ proof bourbon. Overall this is a great batch for Bookers but at its price I would still rather have ECBP B520 as its cheaper and IMO better.84.0 USD per Bottle

Brown sugar, little candy cinnamon flavor. Sweet, short spicey finish. Its on the sweeter side, doesnt have the burn youd expect from 112 proof. Not a sophisticated bourbon, not a whole lot of complexity in its flavor but i really enjoyed this. Neat, 1 cube takes all the burn out nearly immediately, and makes a damned good old fashioned. Definitely worth $50.
