Nose: vanilla, caramel, initially dusty and damp basement, developed into wet wood smell later on, honey, floral Palate: medium sweetness, some smokiness, hint of brine Finish: medium length, lingering butterscotch & honey with some smoke Gets better over time, but the first impression was not so great…

Nose: iodine peat, wet almond, firewood, initially high booze Palate: sweetness, vanilla, smoke Finish: quite long-lasting peat, appropriate ABV, lost some complexity at the last drops

Nose: vanilla, nutty Palate: spices, nuts, complex Finish: could’ve been better at higher abv

Nose: vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, classic bourbon cask notes Palate: sweetness, caramel, some citrus notes, malty, almonds Finish: medium length

Nose: malty, vanilla, citrus, some alcohol at first open Palate: honey, citrus, weird acidity, short finish, getting fainter over time

Nose: vanilla, oak, smoke, gets paler over time Palate: vanilla, candy(?), some peat character, relatively short finish

Nose: strong acetone for the first half of the bottle, gradually turned into cherry & vanilla Palate: vanilla, caramel, cherry, honey

Nose: vanilla, citrus, malt Palate: bourbon, pear, sharp astringency?
