Nose: burnt butterscotch, plain oatmeal, pastry dough Taste: Fuck of a dry aged steak at the end, mild spice, smooth, it really reminds me of a wheaten bourbon...but it shouldn’t?

Vanilla and toasted grain on the nose, with vanilla again on the palate this time accompanied by a mild spice. Te finish is almost identical to that of Maker’s Mark, an appealing earthy funk. Overall, this is absolutely delicious and a great addition to any collection.

Very sweet on the nose, concentrated caramel comes to mind. Very smooth and overall easy on the palate, would recommend for beginner bourbon drinkers. Soft caramel notes at at the front with the typical “bourbon” taste for a nice finish.

Vanilla and spice on the nose, however primarily spice in taste. Fairly one note with an almost water like quality on initial taste quickly followed by a plain spice which lingers for several seconds. To me, it comes across as a mild rye.
