Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 4, 2026 (edited April 9, 2026)It is incredibly smooth and a hint of spice. Usually wheated is sweet and easy going. But there is just enough spice with soft fruit and wheat. Reminds me of an apple pastry. Not sour but savory. Great pour enhances from the 7 year. -

Moon Drops Distillery Tawny Port Barrel Finish
Bourbon — Fortville, IN, USA
Reviewed December 4, 2025Definitely younger mash bill with touch of stronger corn. The port finish has the distinct plum finish. That plum stays on your taste palette a little longer. But smooths over. -
Frank August Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed November 2, 2025 (edited November 5, 2025)Very interesting bottle. Bourbon is light in color like a Blantons or 90-95 proof pour. Very light and caramel on front and spicy hug on the back. Not as bad as a rye but for a 100 proof the cinnamon leaves a Kentucky hug. Not super complex but good pour
