Tasting Notes
"The aroma is akin to a mug of hot cider with a slice of clove-studded lemon set on a picnic table next to a pile of autumn leaves. The palate is a mix of ripe, dark cherry, cocoa, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried thyme and roasted almonds. Tart blood orange binds these flavors together and carries them into the finish, which heats up with sharp spice, a hint of caramel sweetness (akin to a glass of cola), and char. Layers of rich, spicy flavor get even more of a boost if sipped with a large ice cube. "
