Amazing full and big in every way!

A great well rounded whiskey with the peat playing a small role. Nothing stands put as powerful and it is great for ticking everybox with nothing taking center stage.

Peat Forward and delicious. Great nose and wonderfully balanced. A whiskey for peat fans.

A good bourbon. Not mind blowing but tasty. Sweet and rich with not very much spice. Definite flavors of vanilla. It does remind me of Wild Turkey with that little spice.

Good Spicy, can taste that high rye content.

Actually Batch 8. Toffee flavor sweet and smooth

Batch No. 54. A rich sweet dark scotch. Candy and caramels. Like cake. A Christmas or special occasion whiskey. the finish is good even though its 60 + percent.

Cask O 090626016A Bottle 160/174 57.8% Full Nose with dark flavors, raisins and apricots. Vanilla and cinnamon spices. Strong Alcohol in the mouth but dark flavors dominate, those dried fruity and spice characters. these are well balanced with woody earthy flavors. The finish is strong and lingers. There is some sweetness after the alcohol fades, hints of vanilla and cinnamon. I need to get another bottle of this.

Nice young nose and taste. Floral and salty. Delicate nose and finish, strong mouthfeel. There is a tang or small bite on the finish. The colour is nice and light.

Strong nose, and everything. A lot of depth or width. No one flavor seems to jump out and dominate but there are traces of everything. Fruity, Woody, Floral. Very well balanced. Long mouth feel with no bitter edge.
