Red Spot 15 Year Single Pot Still
Single Pot Still — Ireland
Reviewed November 22, 2025 (edited November 24, 2025)The nose is incredibly sweet and pungent; figs, sugar covered raisin, with hints of nutella, sherry and oak. On the palate its fruity and spicy; you can taste the marsala cask; think baked apples with cinnamon and a warm finish. Ive seen people say the proof isn’t high enough and that it’s good, but not worth the price. This is a high end whiskey that drinks incredible; you don’t need every whiskey to be cask strength. If this was cask, you’d lose so much from the finishing barrels. Excellent whiskey. Would buy again and again. -
High West - A Mindwinter Night's Dram Act 10 Scene 6
Rye — Park City, UT, USA
Reviewed January 17, 2024The nose immediately smells like vanilla frosting. It’s rich and sweet and it kicks in with some spice and fades to a sweet red fruit note. The palate is spicy on the first sip, just like a rye should be, spiced apples. Figs and a nice lingering heat that fades to rasperry jam -
The nose is very subtle. You can tell it’s a wheated bourbon. Hints of honey and slightly toasted grains. The palate is rye on the forefront, almost pumpernickel; some sweetness, spice and ever so subtle citrus. The moutfeel is medium with a nice oiliness that’s slightly rich and opens to some cinnamon and white pepper. Finish lingers for quite sometime70.0 USD per Bottle

Bardstown Bourbon Co. Distillery Collection Triple Blended Stave Finish
Bourbon — USA
Reviewed January 13, 2024Nose is vanilla frosting, hints of toffee/heath bar, with some baking spice and oak undertones. Palate is rich and oily and very well rounded. Palate is salted caramel, intense oak and undertones of cedar and it opens up with fiery cinnamon and a long lasting finish. I love this bottle. Bardstown doesn’t miss.200.0 USD per Bottle -
Nice cask strength rye that doesn’t break the bank. The nose is rye spice, cinnamon, and spearmint. Palate is a short sweet note initially like brown sugar, it opens up fast and hot. Big cinnamon and spearmint which ends up transforming into cedar and gooey caramels. This finish is long and almost menthol numbing in a good way. Good anytime sipper; awesome on a cold winters night.60.0 USD per Bottle

American Blended Whiskey — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 9, 2024 (edited February 28, 2026)The nose is oak, maple sweetness, salted nuts, with some fruit and mint. Palate almost resembles the nose. Up front its slightly sweet like a blend of maple and caramel mingled with oak. The middle dries out like having a handful of salted peanuts, finishing with cherry and slightly herbaceous. A nice heat opens up as it finishes and lasts long.150.0 USD per Bottle
