Spicy and floral on the front. Pleasant and smooth on the tongue. A scotch like finish. Pretty nice. Solid neat or on rocks. Need to try in a Manhattan.

sweet with vanilla and a bit of smoke. A good be every day bourbon, nice in mixed drinks as well.

definitely different than a dry gin. A nice grapefruit flavor, good with club soda for a summer drink. a bit lite for a martini. But I don't think it's terrible..
