Fucking awesome. The rum finish is so late it surprises you at first. All the heavy solid rye up front then the caramel vanilla finish with the rum sweetness at the end. Like dessert.

Warm. Solid sipper. Back of the bottle was right. Caramel and vanilla dominate. A bit of an alcohol burn after but not much.

Very solid for a cheaper option. Spicy hit, mild burn. Good mixer.

Solid for a budget rye. Initial cherry/chocolate/cola flavors but finishes like a rye. Fuller flavor than other cheap ones. Late alcohol burn. Will use as mixer mostly.

Gift from Ninas mom (birthday). Really unique tastes with the Sherry cask finish. Super smooth but a flavor profile that bites up into the nose. Awesome experience. (Store owner let us try the normal bourbon non-sherry in store and was much spicier).

Favorite non-rye so far other than specialties like Josh’s rare Beam. Very spicy as it was advertised to be. Got the single barrel but the store had a more special single barrel behind their register. Need to learn more about 4 Roses

Barrel No. 15-6611. Spice hits hardddd up front but somehow smooth on the backend. Lingers awhile.

Tom purchase. Solid heavy rye. Spice but very smooth. Easy smell. Almost citrusy
