maybe it's just the barrel this came from, but I'm not liking this as much as the sample I tried previously; some stale notes on the pallette; will stick with something more consistent at this price point in the future

Holy hell, this smells and tastes like an ash tray, and yet I like it. Not for the faint of heart as it's peaty AF, but there's more to it than smokiness. I'm not a fan of peated Scotch, but this transcends that. Try it.
