Taste of the seaside. Salty, smooth, light pepper, felt like a pirate.

Immediately hot, yet somehow smooth at the same time. Perfect for a winter’s evening. Notes of dried green fruit (under-ripe) on the top palate and earthy, oaky after palate. Finishes like a semi-sweet dessert with prunes, butterscotch, and nuts. No peat/smoke. Will try with an ice block next pour. 87/100
