Woodford Reserve Double Oaked

Reviewed October 3, 2014 (edited January 28, 2017)Dated a girl for years whose dad was in management for Brown-Forman; needless to say we enjoyed our share of Woodford. Now, if he had shared this Double Oak with me then I might have married her! This bourbon is definitely a better version of the former... kinda like my wife :) -

Reviewed October 3, 2014 (edited December 3, 2019)Clearly above my pay grade (complexity)! Yet, hard to decipher because it's so well balanced, actually melts in the mouth. Probably the easiest drinking bourbon I've had the pleasure to enjoy. -

Reviewed September 11, 2014 (edited November 12, 2014)Cloves, cinnamon sticks, and rye bread, all hitting mid tongue and back of mouth. Literally found half a bottle elk hunting in CO, 2008. Easy drinkin' intro-rye, for those lookin' to diversify (rhymes!!).
