CNG Wine & Spirits pick Nose: vanilla, buttercream frosting, caramel, ethanol, cinnamon, pound cake, pear, leather Palate: creamy, cinnamon, honey, oak, baked apple, powdered sugar candies Finish: long, burst of oaky dryness upfront, oscillating sweet and spicy, cinnamon, very complex and evolving finish Really great wheater. Has a different but also enjoyable profile from the other barrel pick I tried. One of the more complex and evolving finishes I’ve ever had.
