RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"There's a lot of brown sugar notes mixed with a dash of smoke on the nose and toasted grains. Red fruit and coconut also come through. The rye has a medium-light body, but lots of spice throughout and again with the grains, the corn does come through along with the rye notes. Cherry fruit really comes through on the bittersweet finish, like an alcoholic cherry cola. Enjoyable while it lasts, which is of average length."
