Classic bourbon notes, but had a bit of an alcohol ding. Mine is a store pick, and just has classic brown sugar, caramel, and apples.

Sweet oak, light tobacco, classic caramel and vanilla. Very refreshing. I'm glad I grabbed this. Once it opens up, it's fantastic. Like a green apple pie.

Coming from a bourbon fan, I do like this whiskey. I can't get through the peaty smokiness yet, to unveil those sweet notes. But I enjoy the smokiness and barbecue flavors, sulfur/asphalt

Always such a great pour, very light, sweet, and delicate. Although mine is a barrel pick, it is like candy, with hints of hay, tons of butterscotch.
