On the nose it's a fatty savory type, like a candied bacon On the palate it's a nice corn sweetness but with a slight hint of bacon

Christmas in August. So good, baking spices and bright citrus. Highly recommend

Cinnamon taffy apple. It has the wooden stake in it too. What? You heard it here first.

Fantastic. Smells like classic bourbon flavors with baking spices and honey. Chocolate honey. Doesn't drink like its proof. Like a bit-o-honey.

Buttery soft. So smooth (I know...) But on the nose it's like creamed corn sweetness, some light fruits. On the palate, it's stewed fruits like apples, and brown sugar. So sweet and approachable.

Straight peanut butter and chocolate. Like a reeses cup with a Kentucky hug. A little drying but add a few drops of water and it smooths it out.

On the noise I get bubble gum, baking spices, corn sweetness. On the palate I get caramel, apple and some raspberry, like a prominent red fruit, rye spice. I get a medium finish for how thin the body of it is. Some grainy notes at the end. But for $15, this is great!

A bit young with earthy piney grassy notes, but turns into sweet brown sugar and a rye finish.

So sweet with this subtle briney peat salt note and envelops into the smoothest finish. The finish doesn't fall off but slowly leaves.

You can really taste and smell the high rye mashbill. Anise and clove on the nose, very sweet. Drinks a bit hot, but a great finish.
