Nose: torched orange (OF), grassy, yeasty, tobacco Palate: tobacco, spicy, table paper, very light for the proof, walnut Finish: brown sugar syrup, punches below the proof

Nose: black cherry, carmalized/burnt sugar, orange, candied fruit, almond Palate: custard, orange, candied orange, apple/cherry smoke. Definitely fruit heavy with a secondary note of caramel/oak Finish: gives heat right away but fades into a light/comfy linger

Nose: nouget, butterscotch, saltwater taffey, slight banana, ethanol, pudding, vannila/almond Palate: lighter than nose, almond, vanilla, nutty, minor fruits, pleasant wood flavors (oak), baking spices, tradtional bourbon flavors Finish: white pepper, slow decaying oak/vanilla with a hint of nut and fruit. For as long as it sat in the barrel, the finish is light and drinkable, a sip you keep going back for, improving with each sample. The lower proof keeps it from a highly complex palate, but the ease and pleasantry allows for a appropriately light old bourbon that draws you in with each taste.
