Nose: nouget, butterscotch, saltwater taffey, slight banana, ethanol, pudding, vannila/almond Palate: lighter than nose, almond, vanilla, nutty, minor fruits, pleasant wood flavors (oak), baking spices, tradtional bourbon flavors Finish: white pepper, slow decaying oak/vanilla with a hint of nut and fruit. For as long as it sat in the barrel, the finish is light and drinkable, a sip you keep going back for, improving with each sample. The lower proof keeps it from a highly complex palate, but the ease and pleasantry allows for a appropriately light old bourbon that draws you in with each taste.160.0 USD per Bottle
