I had some corrosion on the metal part of the cork, which also made it onto the lip of the glass on top, but it wiped right off. For a BiB rye from a fairly new USA producer, it's quite good.

Mediocre EC BP batch. Price hit $70 per bottle around this batch if I remember right. Rewinding my life, I would not have bought this bottle.

Pretty sure this was $50 or $55 when I got it. EC BP, $70 is too much!

It's good, but inferior in every way to JD Single Barrel Barrel Proofs. It is more expensive than the JDSBBP. It does not taste as good as the JDSBBP. It is a lower proof point than the JDSBBP. It is more difficult to locate than the JDSBBP. I would buy and drink the JDSBBP every time over the JD10yr. (These are all the exact same problems the Weller 12 has vs the Weller Full Proof)

It's expensive, but it's really good too. If somebody told me I had to drink this for the rest of my life and nothing else, I would not be mad.

Good value. Tasty and inoffensive. Good straight, and I'm sure it would also make an excellent mixer. The finish is mediocre.

I'm not a big apricot fan. The straight flavor of apricot fruit is just ok to me. But in combination with Barrell rye flavors? It's actually quite amazing. Magically so. One of the finest whisky experiences of my life tonight trying this for the first time. I need to go buy more. Now!

Wonderful stuff! Gets better every time I revisit the bottle.
