    Nose is apricots and pears currants and other sweet dried fruits Palate is spicy wood and leather and rich fruits Finish is continued spice and wood and lingers for a while Excellent dram

    Nose is sweet caramel toffee vanilla Palate is rich and spicey Finish is medium rich and continued spice The colour on this really caught the eye. A delicious sherried speyside

    Nose is smoke honey and fruit pears perhaps Palate is smokey rich spice and wood yet not overpowering Finish is medium and drying with plenty more smoke I’ve seen a few reviews saying it’s not to different to the 12 and tbh I’d have to agree that’s not saying this isn’t a good dram as the 12 is already top notch

    Nose is very bourbon, caramel and vanilla and mamas apple pie! Palate is woody and spice but still sweet stewed fruits. Finish is medium with wood and spice and light Overall a great dram and at 55% plenty bang for yer buck!

    Nose is lemon, sea salt and smoke Palate is sweet and cloying with plenty smoke Finish is medium with spice and yet more smoke The youth of the spirit is perceptible as is the ABV but as an Islay it would be a good starter as it’s not overly pungent or oily.

    Nose is stewed apples and pears, slight hint of pure spirit and some almonds Palate is light and uneventful Finish is medium and more sweetness and some caramel. Underwhelming but drinkable.

    Nose is sweet smoked salmon and ocean spray/seaweed. Palate is vanilla almost bourbon flavours with an overlay of smoke Finish is medium and drying with plenty smoke. Delicious dram.

    Nose is sweet pears and apples. Palate is classic bourbon caramel vanilla and spice Finish is oak spice and medium short. As a budget bourbon it’s good but I probably prefer Buffalo Trace
