Highland Park 18 Year

Reviewed December 12, 2019 (edited January 3, 2020)Nose is smoke honey and fruit pears perhaps Palate is smokey rich spice and wood yet not overpowering Finish is medium and drying with plenty more smoke I’ve seen a few reviews saying it’s not to different to the 12 and tbh I’d have to agree that’s not saying this isn’t a good dram as the 12 is already top notch -

Reviewed December 5, 2019 (edited September 19, 2020)Nose is very bourbon, caramel and vanilla and mamas apple pie! Palate is woody and spice but still sweet stewed fruits. Finish is medium with wood and spice and light Overall a great dram and at 55% plenty bang for yer buck! -
Balvenie The Week of Peat 14 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed December 2, 2019 (edited January 3, 2020)Nose is sweet smoked salmon and ocean spray/seaweed. Palate is vanilla almost bourbon flavours with an overlay of smoke Finish is medium and drying with plenty smoke. Delicious dram. -

Bourbon — Kentucky , USA
Reviewed November 15, 2019 (edited January 2, 2020)Nose is sweet pears and apples. Palate is classic bourbon caramel vanilla and spice Finish is oak spice and medium short. As a budget bourbon it’s good but I probably prefer Buffalo Trace
