Reviewed March 13, 2020 (edited November 25, 2020)Nose is smoke brine and peat with a the sweetness of cured meats Plalate is a lot of smoke and this is where it lets itself down as that’s all I can taste . Finish is medium and more smoke. -

Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed March 13, 2020Nose is bananas and honey Palate is continued honey and not much else it’s quite a one dimensional light whisky. Finish is short Personally I prefer my whiskies complex and rich. This is a lift easy drinking dram and some may enjoy but it’s not a cheap drop so I’d expect more -

Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed March 13, 2020 (edited July 20, 2020)Nose is maple and some smoke. Sweet candied bacon Palate is rich and creamy with bitter dark chocolate and raisans. Finish has an alcohol burn but lingers with rich dark fruits and sherry Top notch dram Not for the feint hearted ! -

Reviewed February 7, 2020 (edited November 3, 2020)Colour: golden Nose : tart apple cider vinegar offset by some banana Palate : wood and spice and not much else Finish: is short dry with wood and spice If it was chapter one of a book not sure I’d bother finishing it! -
