The juniper, liquorice root and lemon peel definitely come through on the nose as well as on the palate. Warms you up from the inside out with a lingering reverberation through the gums as it departs.

A beautiful treacle-honey colour. Aromas of apricot, vanilla and cedar. Buttered caramel, vanilla and gingerbread floating on a underground lake of sweetness and warmth.

Vanilla bean crème brûlée. The crispy-sweet sugary topping lingers on the palate. Custard through and through. Delicious!

Light-honey gold in colour. Honey and caramel on the nose permeated by an earthy undertone and a hint of the barrel. Full in the mouth with a sweet palate that is amplified by the bourbon and sherry cask.
