Total wine store pick Barrel # 20-0373 Rickhouse B floor 4 Proof 110 Nose- oaky, mildly charred, vanilla, touch of cinnamon, dark fruit/figgy Palate- vanilla, sweet dark fruit like a fig jam, hint of smoke/char, viscous mouthfeel and coats mouth nicely, comfortable spice and heat for the proof Finish- sweet oaky vanilla, mild spice, long Overall this is one of the best bottles of bourbon I have had, especially for the price. It doesn’t have a harsh alcohol flavor for 110 proof but warms the chest nicely. Definitely great for fall or winter. The nose and palate are complex and have opened up nicely over the past few weeks. It started vanilla heavy but became more balanced as the bottle opened up with great charred oak and dark fruit flavor. I ended up buying a few extra bottles to enjoy throughout the winter with friends. Highly recommend trying these store picks.60.0 USD per Bottle

A great standard bourbon that doesn’t break the bank. Not the most complex in flavor but the nose and palate have some brown sugar and syrup flavor, maybe a touch of oak. There is also a bit of a grape flavor, like a little fruit sweetness in the background. Overall a solid bourbon for the price that’s good for sipping or mixing. If I had to give one main criticism for it I’d say the mouthfeel is a bit thin with a short finish. But at 90 proof I suppose thats not uncommon.32.0 USD per Bottle

Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed November 3, 2021 (edited November 11, 2021)My bottle is a store pick barrel serial # 6624084 barreled on 10/23/2013 in Rickhouse F floor 4, 92 proof. I decided to give this a shot after not liking the standard Larceny. But alas, I guess it just isn’t for me. The nose and palate are very very sweet. I usually enjoy some sweetness but it overpowers all the other bourbon flavors for me. I get flavors of milk chocolate, raisin, and some over ripened banana but again, it’s just such an overpowering sweetness. I personally would not buy it again.32.0 USD per Bottle -
Maker's Mark Wood Finishing Series 2021 FAE-01
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed October 15, 2021 (edited December 15, 2021)A very nice flavor and nose compared to the standard makers mark. On the nose I get mostly a creamsicle vanilla note with a mixture of orange and cherry. The finish is strong on the palate being predominantly cherry. Excited to see how the flavors are as I work through the bottle.70.0 USD per Bottle
