Nose: fisherman’s harbor, salt water, sardines, smoke with hints of leather. Palate: sweet vanilla, and a slow rumble of peaty smoke and crushed peppercorns interwoven with menthol Finish: sweet peat and some mint freshness

The aroma is intense with briny peat, ashy, bonfire smoke and hints of citrus, alongside sweet malt and butterscotch. On the palate, oily whisky, the sweetness of malt balances the light, bone fire smoke, revealing notes of vanilla and butterscotch. The finish is quite short, sweet and lingering, with caramel and brown sugar.

Nose: sweet pastry, peanut butter, toffee, milk chocolate,meatiness. Palate: Thick and oily, peanut butter, caramel, Weather’s Original, hint of soy sauce. Finish: Long and spicy, with notes of vanilla, caramel, spices, walnuts, earthiness, and oyster sauces.

The nose presents a rich tapestry of leather, barbecued meats, honey, and candied fruits. On the palate, it delivers a satisfyingly oily texture, with immediate ash smoke intertwined with notes of honey, barbecue meats, white pepper steak and hints of charred oak and candied apples. The finish is long and lingering, with the enduring presence of ash complemented by honeyed barbecued meats.
